Thank you for shopping with MOF Patisserie. We take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality pastries and desserts. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Fresh Products

As our products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been collected or delivered.
2. Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/collection with your order details.

We may offer a replacement or a store credit depending on the situation.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our handling, please provide photo evidence within 24 hours.

We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery time may be eligible for a refund.

Same-day cancellations are not refundable.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
