Thank you for shopping with MOF Patisserie. We take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality pastries and desserts. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Fresh Products

  • As our products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been collected or delivered.

2. Order Issues

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/collection with your order details.

  • We may offer a replacement or a store credit depending on the situation.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our handling, please provide photo evidence within 24 hours.

  • We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery time may be eligible for a refund.

  • Same-day cancellations are not refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
